Returns
We only accept returns if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos showing the damage.
To request a return, please email us at tech@dibizsolution.com with your order number and evidence of the damaged product.
If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
No Returns for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns for:

No Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at tech@dibizsolution.com. We will review the issue and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
