What Locations Do You Deliver To?

We currently ship across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket. Delivery is available to most serviceable locations covered by their courier network.

If your location is not serviceable through Shiprocket, please contact our support team before placing your order. We will do our best to arrange delivery through an alternate courier partner. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Do You Charge Shipping Fees?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders across our standard delivery network.

If your delivery requires an alternate courier service due to location constraints, any applicable additional shipping charges will be communicated to you before dispatch.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Mumbai: Orders are often delivered sooner, typically within 2–4 business days.

  • Metro Cities: Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Other Locations: Delivery may take up to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Why Is Cash on Delivery (COD) Not Available in My Area?

The availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) depends on whether our courier partners support COD services in your location.

In some cases, COD may not be available because:

  • Your delivery PIN code is outside the courier partner's COD service area.

  • The order value exceeds the maximum COD limit supported by the courier partner.

  • Temporary operational restrictions prevent COD service in your region.

If COD is unavailable during checkout, we request you to complete your purchase using one of our secure prepaid payment options.
